What we collect

When you book an appointment or join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your first and last name (and nickname, if you provide one)
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional — only if you provide it)
• Any notes you add to your booking

We do not collect payment information through this site.

Why we collect it

• To manage your appointment (booking, approval, cancellation, rescheduling)
• To send you a booking confirmation email, if you provided an email address
• To send you an appointment reminder by text message
• To notify you if a waitlisted slot opens up

We do not send marketing emails or promotional texts. Your contact information is used for your appointments only.

How it's stored

Your information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, and is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the studio owner.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that make this site work:

• Resend — to deliver booking confirmation emails
• Twilio — to deliver appointment reminder text messages
• Vercel — to host this website

Each provider processes your data only as needed to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking history while you are an active client so we can serve you better on return visits. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting the studio (see below), and we will remove it.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you (access)
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information (correction)
• Ask us to delete your information (deletion)

To exercise any of these rights, contact the studio directly. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as security verification when you submit the booking form). We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.

Children

Our booking service is not directed at children under 13. Kids Cut appointments should be booked by a parent or guardian using the parent or guardian's contact information.
